TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations, returns & exchanges

 

We accept cancellations within 24 hours after the client’s checkout.

 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you need to contact us at info@sweetdreambaskets.com. If your return is accepted, you can dispatch the item back to us. The return shipping fee belongs to the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is confirmed, ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

 

Custom or personalized orders can not be returned or exchanged.

 

Conditions of Return and exchanges

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In case of exchange, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of the new order in addition to the return costs of the first order.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing time

 

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. In instances where we can't keep to this quick turnaround, customers will be contacted by email.

 

Customs and import taxes

 

For customs and duties taxes please check your local post first before making any purchase to avoid problems to be encountered in the future for your shipment on taxes. You have to pay the taxes needed from the customs and duties fees depending on your local post. We are not responsible for any returned item due to non-claimed and nonpayment of customs tax.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Shipping


Sweet Dream Baskets ships products with PTT, Turkish national post service by regular, airplane tariffs, and partnered with local Post Office services for overseas orders. Please contact us for express delivery. Packages are not fully trackable. Please let us know if you would like to upgrade your shipment.

We are not responsible for any damage the product may get during shipping or in case of lost packages.

 

The uniqueness of each product


Please consider that there may be slight differences in the color and shape of your order from the original you see on our website or social media accounts. The photos may show the colors slightly differently, or the material in our stock may be slightly different. 

 

Every hand will create the same order in a unique way. Each weaver will put her individual touch on each basket. We do our best to stay loyal to the original and to make the best product for you and your pet.

 

Sizes


Please use the size guides we provide for the selection of your pet basket. Double-check the size you selected with the actual size of your pet and pet bed. The customer is responsible for the selection of the right size of the basket.

Pet Safety

 

Our products can break or tear if pets are too rough. Always supervise your pet to prevent choking or ingestion of small parts.
Some pets may have allergies to our materials. Check for allergies and consult a vet if needed.

MOFU MOFU wool leads are comfortable but not guaranteed to withstand strong pulling. Use with care.
By ordering our products the customer accepts full responsibility for your pet's safety while using our products.

 

By ordering from your website, the client agrees to comply with our terms and conditions.
