  • How to order a customized basket?

    • Before ordering a personalized basket, please send us a message describing the basket you wish. It can be a pattern you like or the name of your pet. 

    •  After hearing your requests, if we are able to fulfill your wish, we will ask you to finalize the payment of the basket.

    • After the payment, we will make a digital design for you. You can ask for changes in the design. Once you confirm the design of the basket, we will start knitting.

    • Technically, there can be only two colors in one row of the basket. However, we can use many colors on each row to make your basket very colorful. Please tell us all your dreams and we will try our best to make them true!

    • The regular height of a basket is 9 rows, plus an edge finishing. The height is around 5'' depending on the thickness of the yarn. Extra costs will apply for added height and diameter.

    • All baskets have handles on the sides and a faux-leather  branded tag.

    • We will make the bottom of the basket to match the body of the basket.  We do not accept instructions for the bottom of the basket. 

    • We have many orders. Please order if you can collaborate!

    • We will add a matching tassel for FREE too for each basket!
